Agent Profile Help Page:

Agents can update their particulars by clicking on the "Update Leader/Agent Profile" link on the main page. If you are an agency leader, you could also update your agency information at the bottom of the survey.

General Steps to Fill in the Profile:

1. Fill up all the changes on the Agent Profile Survey Page.
2. Please be aware that fields that are marked with the * signs are mandatory and have to be completed. 
3. To update your address, please click on the "Update Your Address" link in the main page. The address changes will only be reflected once approved by Distribution Support Department. Please submit necessary support documents in 2 weeks to Distribution Support Department. (Sent in a sealed envelope to Distribution Support Department, AIA Tower, #12 floor)  
4. Spouse and family information on the "Agent Profile Survey" is mandatory if applicable. The information that can be filled for that particular spouse/family member may extend beyond your display screen and you may need to scroll horizontally to the right to see some of the fields. 
5. If you want to delete a family member from the family information, you just need to put on a check mark on the delete field that corresponds to that particular member (you can find these fields to the far right of your screen). You may delete several members at the same time this way.
6. To update Achievement Outside AIA, please follow the steps below: 
Step 1 : Fill up the External CPD Hrs accreditation Form (Form can be obtained from Info Centre - EnT - External CPD Accreditation Form)
Step 2 : Attach the Certificate (Not results slip and must be certified true copy by Agency Executives at your location before submission to EnT)
Step 3 : Send to EnT for updating
Step 4 : Please send another certified true copy of certificate to Distribution Support for updating and file.
7. In the "Notebook Information" section,  you have to indicate whether you are a notebook user or not. If you are, you have to complete the rest of the information required about your particular notebook computer.
8. At the end of the survey, please fill in the updated information about your agency if you are an agency leader.
9. After filling all the applicable information, please make sure that all the information that you provide is correct and proceed by clicking the SUBMIT button.
10. On the next page ("Thank You Page"), you can click the first option if you made a mistake or if you want to add more information. In addition, you will also be prompted to click the Print Survey button, which will bring you to a new page where the information that you provide will be displayed in a printable format.  
11. On this page, click the page with your right mouse button and select Print or alternatively you can just hit the Print button on the top of your browser. Doing either of these will print the survey for you. Please make sure that you have a printer attached and setup properly before attempting to print.
12. You can submit the signed survey together with a recent color photograph of yours or any applicable documents to Distribution Support. (You need to provide necessary documents for updating your achievements, address, NRIC number, and date of birth).
   

Note: All information entered must be accurate and up-to-date
